If you have any questions in regards to the Return & Refund Policy, please get in touch with us. Preparation of orders can begin immediately after the order has been confirmed/received. We cannot guarantee cancellations once your order has been confirmed/received.

Errors with the food

We highly recommend our customers to check their orders upon collection/receiving. But in case of errors, you have received food that is different from the receipt/order, we would like to sincerely apologize. Please get in touch with us as soon as you notice the error.
Incomplete food

On occasion in which you do not receive the food which you have ordered, please get in touch with us as the earliest opportunity in which we can rectify this mistake. If the item is missing from your order, it’ll added to the orders list and will be prioritized onto the top of the list.

Dissatisfaction

We cook our food with the finest and freshest ingredients available to us. We take pride in the food we cook and ensure it satisfies all of our customers. In cases if you have found dissatisfaction with our food or found an issue with any of the ingredients, please get in touch with us at the earliest opportunity. Along with this, we humbly request you to pack the food in the state it came in with the original packaging and return it to you for full refund on the order.

Refund options

In case of issues which we are unable to resolve, we are more than happy to provide a full refund to the customer. The refund can be provided in the following ways:
